Graphic Designer – Customer & Consumer Campaigns

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support Customer and Consumer campaigns through the creation and adaptation of high-quality creative assets across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and adapt assets for Customer & Consumer campaigns
• Develop customer-specific materials, including Key Visuals (KV), POSM, shelf communication, and toolkits
• Deliver digital and e-commerce assets (banners, social and paid media visuals, secondary images)
• Produce consumer communication materials such as educational leaflets and campaign toolkits
• Support campaign initiatives (cashback, promotions, CSR) and in-store executions (checkouts, WOW POSM, pilots)
• Create and adapt videos (multiple formats, subtitles), newsletters, catalogues, and presentation visuals
• Collaborate with Brand, Customer, SEG, and Sales teams to ensure alignment with briefs and brand standards
• Incorporate feedback, manage multiple projects, and deliver work aligned with timelines and priorities
• Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across all deliverables

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Must-have: Video editing skills and POSM menu design
• Ability to create and adapt a wide range of creative assets (print, digital, video)
• Proficiency in using design software to develop and visualize creative concepts
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines

You will work both independently and in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, supporting the successful execution of customer and consumer campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand and business requirements.
