Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a BI Analyst to help transform business data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze data, create reports, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilitie

• Gather and analyze business and reporting requirements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decisions.
• Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand key business metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting solutions.
• Support data-driven initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Requiremen

• Experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Good knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with large datasets and business reporting.

Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Services or other cloud-based analytics platforms.
