AI Advanced Analytics Manager

EMEA Recruitment has partnered with a leading global consumer goods organization in its search for an AI & Advanced Analytics Manager to support the continued expansion of its advanced analytics and AI capabilities.

As the company continues to accelerate its digital transformation journey, it is looking to strengthen its global analytics function with a talented AI & Advanced Analytics Manager who can help drive the next phase of AI adoption across the organization.

As AI & Advanced Analytics Manager, you will play a key role in delivering impactful AI and advanced analytics initiatives across the business. Working closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain functions, you will combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to develop solutions that create tangible business value.

You'll take ownership of developing scalable AI capabilities on an International scale, collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, and supporting the ongoing evolution of analytical solutions across a global environment.

The main responsibilities of the AI & Advanced Analytics Manager include:

• Designing and implementing AI and Machine Learning solutions that support key business objectives across commercial and operational functions
• Developing predictive and analytical models to enhance forecasting, identify trends, and optimize business performance
• Supporting the integration of Generative AI and intelligent applications into existing processes and workflows
• Ensuring analytical solutions are scalable, reliable, and supported by appropriate governance and monitoring practices
• Collaborating with business leaders to understand priorities and translate requirements into actionable analytics initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automate processes, and unlock additional value through data-driven decision-making
• Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and commercially focused manner
• Promoting innovation and encouraging the practical application of AI technologies throughout the organization
• Driving the continuous enhancement of models and analytical solutions to maximize long-term business impact

Technical skills:

• Previous experience within Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics roles within an international environment
• Strong programming capabilities using Python and SQL, with exposure to modern analytics platforms including Databricks and Microsoft Fabric
• Experience working with cloud-based AI technologies and integrating solutions using Azure AI services and OpenAI capabilities
• Proven ability to develop and deploy machine learning models within production environments
• Understanding of data architecture principles, model governance, and scalable analytical solution design
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts, model monitoring, and performance optimization techniques would be advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful business outcomes
• Experience operating within fast-paced, international environments and managing multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Previous exposure to FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or other consumer-focused industries would be considered beneficial
