Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for Automotive system data – Data & AI (Refrigerant & Heating) to strengthen our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a team developing control software for thermal and climate systems, working across system design, implementation, testing, and fault tracing in a collaborative environment. The role focuses on strengthening how data from vehicles and test environments is utilized.

• Improve how vehicle and test data is collected, structured, and analysed
• Develop tools and data pipelines for processing and accessibility
• Apply AI solutions to support fault tracing and root cause analysis
• Support test result analysis and summarisation
• Drive improvements in testing efficiency, analysis, and feedback loops
• Collaborate closely with software, system, and test engineers

Experience / Background

• Experience working with Python and C/C++
• Experience working with GIT
• Experience in data processing or data analysis
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience within automotive, embedded, or complex systems
• Fluency in English
• University degree in Engineering or equivalent

Meritorious Experience

• Experience working with large-scale or vehicle data
• Knowledge of thermal / climate systems
• Experience in test automation or data-driven testing
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink
• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience with Databricks

Behavioral Skills

• Self-driven with ability to take ownership
• Strong collaboration skills
• Interest in combining software, data, and domain knowledge
