You will work in multidisciplinary teams alongside proposition managers, journey experts, UX/UI designers, data analysts, developers, architects, business analysts, and product owners. Together, you will drive impact end-to-end: from defining the right customer problem to experimenting, building, launching, and continuously improving solutions. We value speed, ownership, and action—turning insights into tangible results without unnecessary delays.

Your Role

As a Back-end Developer, you are responsible for delivering the core functionalities that power navigation, profiles, and the overall app experience. You ensure that customers can effortlessly find what they need and move intuitively through the app.

You Will

• Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable back-end services
• Develop and manage APIs that support navigation, profiles, and core app features
• Ensure a consistent and future-proof navigation architecture
• Conduct discovery work to better understand customer needs and technical constraints
• Collaborate closely with front-end teams, platform engineers, and other stakeholders
• Contribute to a seamless and intuitive overall app experience by aligning backend capabilities with user journeys
• Continuously improve systems based on performance data and feedback
  
  

This is a core back-end engineering role focused on building reliable, scalable systems—not an AI-focused position.

Your Profile

You are a pragmatic and fast-moving engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment. You know how to balance speed with quality and understand when to reuse existing solutions versus building new ones.

You Bring

• 5+ years of experience developing complex software solutions in a platform environment
• Strong experience designing and building scalable microservices and APIs
• Solid knowledge of Java; experience with GraphQL is a strong plus
• Proven ability to create flexible, future-proof architectures
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• A pragmatic mindset with a good sense of when abstraction adds value and when it overcomplicates
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
