At Inriver, we help brands deliver better product experiences - everywhere their customers are. From the first product detail to the final purchase decision, we make product information work smarter.
Now we’re looking for a Product Manager to join our awesome team. If you love solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and turning technical depth into real customer value, this might be your next home.
About The Role
At Inriver, great products don’t happen by accident. They happen because someone deeply understands the problem, earns the trust of the team, and makes the right call at the right moment. As a Product Manager, that’s you.
You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of a specific area within our AI-powered product content platform. That means getting close to customers, making sense of complex product data workflows, and translating what you learn into a clear direction that engineering, design, sales, and marketing can all rally behind
Why you’ll love this role 💙
As our next Product Manager, you’ll step into a role where you can truly influence the backbone of the product:
– Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for your area. Grounded in customer insight, competitive analysis, and business goals.
– Translate complex product information workflows and data models into clear, deliverable product outcomes.
– Drive discovery: run customer interviews, analyse usage, and synthesize signals from sales, support, and partners into product direction.
– Create crisp, well-reasoned PRDs that give engineering and design what they need to build with confidence.
– Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, go-to-market planning, and enablement, ensuring launches land well commercially.
– Work closely with senior leadership to align product plans with company vision and communicate progress clearly.
– Coordinate across departments to ensure delivery on time and on spec.
– Define and track the metrics that matter for adoption, engagement, and business impact.
What You’ll Bring
We don’t expect you to tick every box - but we think you’ll thrive here if you have many of the below:
✔️ 3+ years in product management, preferably on an AI or data-intensive platform.
✔️Background in PIM, MDM, DAM, Commerce, ERP, PLM, or adjacent domains is considered an advantage.
✔️Proven ability defining requirements and driving delivery.
✔️Familiarity with product data models: catalogs, attributes, variants, hierarchies, and enrichment.
✔️Experience across the full product development lifecycle, from discovery through deprecation.
✔️Solid grasp of modern software architecture and AI/ML integration patterns.
✔️Working knowledge of UX principles and UI frameworks.
✔️ Business English fluency, written and spoken
Why Inriver
At Inriver, you’ll join a global company with a product at the centre - and people who genuinely care about building something meaningful together.
Here you’ll get:
