Sr. Product Designer (UI/UX & Design Systems)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to help create scalable, responsive, and implementation-ready digital products.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of Figma, design systems, responsive layouts, and engineering handoff. You should be comfortable designing products in a way that minimizes the gap between design and development.

Experience with sports, live content, betting, fan engagement, or entertainment products is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-quality user experiences and interfaces across web and mobile products
• Create organized, developer-friendly Figma files and component systems
• Use Figma best practices including: Components and variants, auto layout and constraints, variables and design tokens, and responsive design principles
• Design scalable, implementation-ready interfaces across multiple screen sizes
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the design process
• Build and improve design systems, component libraries, and documentation
• Create prototypes and interaction flows as needed
• Translate product and business requirements into intuitive design solutions
• Review implemented designs and provide feedback to maintain quality and consistency
• Design experiences for live or content-rich environments such as scoreboards, match pages, leaderboards, tournament views, or fan engagement products

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

• Strong experience as a Product Designer, UI Designer, or UX/UI Designer
• Advanced Figma expertise
• Strong understanding of how designs are built and implemented in production environments
• Ability to design with technical and engineering constraints in mind
• Experience creating clear developer handoff documentation
• Strong visual design skills including typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and consistency
• Experience designing for both web and mobile products
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of design quality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working alongside frontend teams using React, Svelte, or similar frameworks
• Understanding of CSS, breakpoints, and component-based UI development
• Experience designing dashboards, admin tools, or media platforms
• Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping
• Experience in sports media, betting, AdTech, DOOH, gaming, or entertainment products
