About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of IT projects across a range of technology initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing stakeholder communication, tracking budgets and timelines, and ensuring project objectives are delivered within scope, quality, and cost expectations.

The successful candidate will work independently while collaborating closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project resources and stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, and governance documentation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Scrum activities.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues and risks.
• Ensure projects meet agreed quality standards and business objectives.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 3 - 4 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or a related IT delivery role.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Scrum Master experience or involvement in facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and software delivery projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project plans, schedules, and project documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
