We are looking for Business Analysts who are eager to work on-site at our customer’s Umraniye office and join our fast-paced, self-accountable team delivering enterprise-level products for local projects. To deliver best-in-class digital products, you will collaborate with consultants, product owners, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and mobile, backend, and frontend developers.

What will you do?
- Analyzing and managing activities for functional and non-functional requirements utilizing both visual and narrative techniques such as process modeling, use cases, user stories, and wireframing
- Documenting an established set of business requirements
- Contributing to solution design and ensuring that product features/stories are properly represented and delivered by Agile teams
- Ensuring that solutions incorporate the voice of the customer/user by having a comprehensive grasp of the anticipated user experience
- Performing functional & non-functional tests (incl. writing test scenarios, cases, reporting) before UAT handover
- Making impact analysis for change requests
- Carrying out maintenance & support activities incl. incident/bug analysis, problem solving
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Min. 2 years of experience in business and/or technical analysis
- Prior banking industry experience will be considered a strong asset
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment
- Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into application requirements
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels
- Availability to work on-site at customer’s Umraniye office five days a week is required.
