Backend Developer

We're Hiring a Backend Developer!

ONLINETECH TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. is looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our young and dynamic IT Project Management team, focusing on Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions.

Position: Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

• Take an active role in software development processes for payment systems and electronic money solutions
• Develop new projects and enhance existing systems, leading improvement processes
• Maintain high standards of software architecture and code quality to deliver projects successfully and on time
• Communicate effectively with business units to understand their needs and provide the most suitable software solutions
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Requirements (Must Have):

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in payment services and electronic money institutions
• Experience with source control tools (TFS, Git, GitLab)
• Strong command of C# and experience with .NET / .NET Core and related frameworks
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservice architecture
• Experience with database systems (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Innovative, dynamic, and responsible mindset
• Good to intermediate English proficiency

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the fintech sector
• Knowledge of DevOps processes
• Familiarity with OWASP security standards and regulations
