Job Description
- End-to-End Relationship Management: To manage end-to-end, C-level and decision-maker relationships with large-scale corporate clients and critical public institutions to achieve the company's revenue targets
- Market Expansion: To shape and execute go-to-market strategies for new regional and international markets
- Team Leadership: To lead, mentor, and elevate the sales team toward a high-performance culture
- Strategic Growth & Vision: To closely monitor the dynamics of the technology and cybersecurity landscape, taking full responsibility for sustainable growth, customer loyalty, and strategic partnerships globally and locally in line with the company's vision
- Agility & Adaptation: Able to clearly differentiate between private sector, public sector, and government/central administration ecosystems, aligning actions accordingly

- Industry Leadership: Long-standing executive experience at global technology, digitalization and cybersecurity giants, with a highly respected and well-known professional track record in the secto
- Extensive Network: Possession of an extensive and active network across major corporate industries and public institution
- Educational Background & Languages: A degree from a world-renowned, prestigious university; excellent command of English, with proficiency in additional foreign languages highly preferre
- Global-to-Local Transition: Open to candidates planning a reverse migration (returning to Turkey from abroad) to transfer their global expertise and network into the Turkish marke
- Sectoral Navigation: Flawless capability to balance and manage both the dynamic, agile demands of the private sector and the strict regulatory/procurement frameworks of public institution
- Proven Track Record: A solid history of quantifiable success stories in sales-driven growth strategies, combined with exceptional representation and negotiation skills.
