We are hiring a Brand Manager!

What does a Brand Manager do at Anadolu Efes?

• Proactively identify tactical opportunities for the business, and support the marketing manager in identifying strategic opportunities for the business by analyzing all relevant data,
• ⁠Create brand communication strategies and ensure the execution of these strategies across all channels (on & off & modern trade)
• ⁠Develop innovative and competitive solutions to increase brand awareness, focusing on consumer-centric strategies
• Supports & follows the process of product development, packaging, pricing, positioning of the products related to the brand,
• Tracks annual budget for the brand,
• Follows up Digital, Event, and PR activities to strengthen the competitive advantage of the brand by working closely with the Brand Communication Teams,
• Develops and executes effective channel activities and volume-driving incentives by working closely with Trade Marketing Teams.

What are the qualifications we look for in a Brand Manager at Anadolu Efes?

• Bachelor’s degree,
• Minimum 5 years of brand marketing experience in FMCG,
• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies,
• A positive and can-do attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,
• Passion for the industry at large and associated culture,
• Strong communication skills that will enable you to thrive in a challenging and exciting work environment,
• Excellent organization, planning, time and budget management skills,
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead multi-functional teams.
• Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make an analysis without getting lost in details,
• Skilled at generating innovative ideas and new initiatives that drive sales growth and brand love,
• Areas of Willingness and ability to travel as required and ability to work in a flexible schedule,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and preferably Nielsen Answers database
