Qoves is building technology that is transforming how people understand and improve their appearance. As we scale towards becoming a category-defining consumer tech company, we're looking for a Technical Project Manager to help turn ambitious plans into shipped products. This role offers significant ownership and visibility, with direct influence over how product and engineering teams plan, prioritise, and deliver products at scale. You'll work directly with our Head of Engineering and CTO, helping coordinate delivery across engineering and product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the team's backlog, ensuring work is prioritised correctly, tracked accurately, and kept up to date
• Drive projects from planning through delivery by tracking progress, identifying risks early, and removing blockers before they impact timelines
• Ensure work is clearly scoped before development begins and meets requirements before release
• Work closely with engineering leads and stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, and align expectations
• Maintain product roadmaps and help sequence work based on business priorities and team capacity
• Track delivery performance and operational metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership
• Act as the central point of coordination between developers, stakeholders, and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Define acceptance criteria alongside stakeholders and technical leads to ensure successful project outcomes
• Facilitate team ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and weekly planning sessions where appropriate

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in Project Management, Delivery Management, Product Operations, or Scrum Master roles
• Knowledge of the software development process and task/document management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp technical terminology and concepts
• Quick learner, flexible from a technology standpoint, with genuine eagerness to learn
• Excellent command of G-Suite / MS Office
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work well within a team

Nice to Have

• Experience working directly with software engineering teams
• Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban
• Experience building dashboards and reporting metrics
