SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTİVE ROLE OVERVİEW


As a Sales Account Executive, your expertise spans


• Database Activity Monitoring (DAM)

• Data Lineage

• Data Governance

• Advanced analytics


Tailored for the finance industry (banking, insurance, and e-payment).

You specialize in delivering comprehensive solutions that enhance data security, compliance, and operational efficiency, while enabling financial institutions to derive actionable insights from their data.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), Data Lineage, and Governance:


• Sell Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) solutions to provide continuous monitoring, anomaly detection, and enhanced audit capabilities for sensitive financial data.

• Promote Data Lineage tools to help clients visualize and manage the flow of data across systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR, KVKK, and PDPPL.

• Position Data Governance platforms to enable financial organizations to establish and enforce robust data policies, improving accountability and alignment with regulatory requirements.

2. Data Privacy & Protection:


• Provide tailored data privacy and protection solutions to ensure compliance with GDPR, KVKK, and PDPPL regulations, critical for financial organizations managing customer data.

• Offer solutions such as data masking, anonymization, and data discovery to mitigate risks and secure sensitive information while meeting audit requirements.

3. IT Operations Management (ITOM):


• Sell ITOM solutions, including service management, observability, and automation tools, to optimize IT operations and reduce downtime in high-transaction environments such as banking and e-payment platforms.

• Enable financial clients to enhance IT resilience and reduce manual intervention by leveraging automation-first strategies.

4. Advanced Analytics and AI/ML Solutions:


• Promote data warehousing (DWH) and Big Data platforms to consolidate and analyze vast amounts of financial and customer data.

• Offer AI/ML products for fraud detection, risk modeling, and predictive analytics, helping financial institutions leverage data-driven decision-making.

5. Finance Industry Focus:


• Develop tailored solutions for banking, insurance, and e-payment clients:

• Banking: Implement DAM, lineage, and governance tools to monitor transactions, secure customer data, and comply with financial regulations.

• Insurance: Provide governance and analytics platforms to improve risk assessments, claims automation, and fraud detection.

• E-Payments: Deliver scalable ITOM solutions and real-time monitoring tools to enhance transaction security and compliance.

6. Consultative Sales & Account Management:


• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and Chief Data Officers, by addressing their unique challenges in data management, security, and compliance.

• Offer integrated solutions combining DAM, Data Lineage, Governance, ITOM, and AI/ML technologies to drive business outcomes.

Data Lineage:

• Financial institutions rely on accurate and trustworthy data for decision-making. Your expertise in selling lineage solutions enables clients to trace data origins, transformations, and flows, ensuring integrity for audits, compliance, and operational accuracy.

Data Governance:

• In the heavily regulated finance industry, data governance tools help organizations establish policies, track ownership, and maintain accountability for sensitive data, ensuring seamless alignment with compliance requirements.

Technical Expertise:

• Deep understanding of DAM tools (e.g., Dataskope, IBM Guardium, Imperva), Data Lineage platforms (e.g., Data Touch, Ab-Initio, Informatica), and Data Governance frameworks (e.g., Data Focus).
