Workforce Specialist

TalTap is the largest on-demand workforce platform in the Baltics, connecting businesses with short-term workers and making hiring simple, efficient, and flexible. We've established operations in Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland, and are now expanding into Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

As we rapidly expand in Poland, we are seeking a proactive Workforce Specialist to support talent acquisition and onboarding operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end cross -city onboarding of candidates into our platform (application setup, verification, orientation);
• Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite onboarding sessions; ensure timely follow‑up and resolution of onboarding issues;
• Monitor talent pool capacity and readiness; forecast shortfalls and trigger recruitment/activation activities as needed;
• Partner with Growth to design and execute targeted initiatives and campaigns to source and activate talent;
• Maintain accurate onboarding metrics and prepare regular performance and capacity reports for stakeholders;
• Continuously identify process improvements to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels;
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment;
• Familiarity with applicant platforms, CRM systems, or onboarding tools; aptitude to learn new systems quickly;
• Prior experience in onboarding, recruitment operations, customer success, or related roles preferred but not required;
• Availability for the full contract period and flexibility to support both online and onsite activities.
