Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the stability of the CoinTR trading platform, providing technical support to users and internal teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. You will work closely with development, customer service, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and contribute to a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the stability, performance, and availability of the CoinTR trading platform.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Support customer service and operations teams by resolving technical issues and inquiries.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve system incidents, malfunctions, and performance-related issues.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to investigate, report, and resolve platform bugs.
• Participate in system upgrades, maintenance activities, and optimization projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities in Türkiye regarding technical matters and support technical audit processes when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in technical support, application support, system operations, or a similar role, preferably within the fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java or Python.
• Familiarity with databases, network protocols, APIs, and system administration concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and digital asset markets.
• Fluent in both Turkish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
