A Snapshot of Your Day

Responsible for overseeing all contractual, administrative, legal, tax, accounting, and financial aspects of project execution. Ensuring that project teams remain informed about financial matters and that all activities comply with relevant guidelines. Close collaboration is maintained with Bid Management, Controlling, Project Management, and Segment Leadership teams for projects across Europe.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Coordinating with PMs to ensure successful project execution within budget and time constraints, including indexation
  • Maintaining project calculations, reporting and FCF Forecast, and ensuring the financial success of projects
  • Leading variation order discussions
  • Creating and overseeing work breakdown structure (WBS), managing new orders, sales and planned costs, carrying out invoices, checking payments
  • Handling Financial Guarantees, hedging, managing insurance and tax related implications.
  • Performs other responsibilities assigned by the superior in accordance with the professional skills, experience and professional knowledge held.
  • Procurement skills, perform negotiations with sub suppliers & follow the global procurement strategy


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics
  • 2-3 years of experience in managing complex external customer projects, international projects, and direct interface with stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of SAP.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing project finances, forecasting and controlling project costs in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability, good time management and organizational skills.
  • Cross-cultural awareness and skills, working with different geographical areas in different time zones.
  • Excellent skills to use Project Management tools, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Availability to travel within the country and abroad until 5% of working time
