If you want to be the “Data Analyst” in Internal Control Departmant and and be responsible for the automation, creating data set and checking data quality about control points, process controls and compliance scenarios

If you think you have most of the following qualifications;

• 1-3 years experience in an analytics related role
• Extensive experience with SQL for preparing data sets and data quality controls
• Good knowledge of Python for automation and data processing
• Understanding of data structures and data validation methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is considered an advantage; hands-on experience with IBM Cognos is preferred
• Experience in Financial Crime Prevention, Internal Control, and Compliance functions is preferred
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and in English
• Location should be at Istanbul or Izmir

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

• Preparing, analyzing, and maintaining large datasets related to Internal Control and Compliance processes
• Transforming manual controls into automated and data-driven control mechanisms
• Developing and coding control scenarios using SQL/Python
• Designing and implementing data quality checks and validation rules to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Demonstrating a strong willingness to further develop expertise in data science, particularly in machine learning techniques such as classification and clustering methods
• Involving the process controls with the analytic knowledge
