We're currently partnered with a leading Tech consultancy who're starting a brand new confidential project.

The company has been incredibly successfully throughout 2024 and recent years, and as a result they’ve decided to invest into a brand new project which they’re confident will bring further success with the right team in place.

To start, the business are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role to lead the project which is absolutely pivotal for their growth throughout 2025 and beyond. In short, your role involves defining the technological direction of the business, overseeing the establishment (hiring) and leadership (management) of a top-tier tech team.

As a crucial member of the executive team, your decisions will directly influence the success of their product and the expansion of their organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Build a team of exceptional technical talent.
• Build, execute and supervise scalable and effective software systems and architecture.
• Collaborate with the product and design units for seamless feature integration.
• Formulate and handle the technology budget while optimising resource allocation.

Key Skills:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience within software development.
• Experience working on High Performance Systems is a must
• Proven experience managing & leading technical teams.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Regional experience within the GCC is a huge plus but not required.
