Next Match AI LLC is seeking a highly skilled, resourceful, and product-minded Full-Stack Developer to join our distributed global engineering cell. As our automated candidate matching networks and foundational HR APIinfrastructure experience hyper-scale adoption across North America and the GCC, we are expanding our technical core to build robust, secure, and low-latency digital ecosystems.

Operating completely remote from within the UAE, you will take end-to-end code ownership of critical platform verticals—from designing slick, high-conversion web frontends to optimizing transactional backend pipelines and database layouts. You will collaborate daily with our senior architecture and innovation group in Abu Dhabi.

• End-to-End Feature Architecture: Design, build, and deploy high-performance full-stack web applications and user interfaces using modern asynchronous development patterns.
• API Optimization & Strategy: Build and maintain high-throughput RESTful and GraphQL endpoints within our core HR API layers, ensuring clean data handshakes and minimal system overhead.
• State Management & UI Mastery: Turn complex responsive product designs into clean, modular frontend layouts, focusing heavily on performance optimization and interaction stability.
• Database & Ledger Management: Structure, optimize, and maintain scalable relational and non-relational database schemas, writing highly efficient indexing and transaction logic.
• System Automation & CI/CD: Actively contribute to testing pipelines, automated deployments, and continuous system logging to maintain pristine application uptime.

• Proven Full-Stack Track Record: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping live web applications within a B2B SaaS platform, fintech firm, or technology product ecosystem.
• Technical Stack Fluency: Deep, production-level mastery of modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, or TypeScript) paired with robust back-end runtime systems (Node.js, Python, or equivalent asynchronous framework architectures).
• Database & Cloud Literacy: Solid hands-on proficiency structuring data in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis, and comfort working alongside containerized environments (Docker) and AWS infrastructure.
• Version Control Architecture: Expert handling of branching, merging, and continuous integration workflows inside Git/GitHub ecosystems.
• Elite Problem-Solving Mastery: Clear, logical verbal and written English communication skills; a natural ability to whiteboards complex features and breakdown technical tasks for distributed engineering cells. (Arabic fluency is an asset but not required).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a strictly matching quantitative technical field.

• Base Salary: AED 22,000 – AED 26,500 per month (Tax-Free, dependent on depth of architectural experience and technical evaluation performance).
