MarTech Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Data Platform (CDP) Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade customer data and marketing measurement solutions that enable advanced audience segmentation, attribution, and performance analytics across multiple digital channels.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in Customer Data Platforms, marketing technology implementations, analytics engineering, ad platform integrations, and digital measurement frameworks. Candidates with expertise in Segment.io, GA4, Firebase, server-side tracking, attribution modeling, and cross-channel marketing ecosystems will be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will work closely with marketing teams, product managers, data teams, engineers, and external partners to ensure customer data is accurately collected, unified, activated, and measured across the organization's digital ecosystem.
This is a contract engagement with an immediate hiring timeline and a full onsite work setup in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions to support audience management, customer insights, and marketing activation initiatives.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Segment.io to collect, govern, enrich, and distribute customer data across multiple downstream systems.
• Integrate customer data with advertising and marketing platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other activation channels.
• Develop and manage end-to-end digital tracking frameworks across websites, mobile applications, and backend systems.
• Configure and optimize analytics solutions including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as Adjust.
• Implement and maintain both browser-side and server-side tracking architectures to improve data quality, reliability, and attribution accuracy.
• Design and optimize attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition performance across multiple touchpoints.
• Collaborate with web, Android, iOS, backend, and data engineering teams to ensure consistent event tracking standards and implementation quality.
• Define event taxonomies, naming conventions, and measurement frameworks aligned with business objectives and reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies, tracking issues, and integration challenges across marketing and analytics platforms.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to enable audience segmentation, campaign activation, remarketing initiatives, and performance optimization.
• Support reporting, experimentation, and measurement initiatives by ensuring data accuracy and availability across marketing systems.
• Maintain implementation documentation, tracking specifications, governance standards, and technical artefacts throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Experience
• 4–10+ years of experience as a Customer Data Platform Engineer, Marketing Technology Engineer, Analytics Engineer, Tracking Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing and managing Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) within enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise with Segment.io, including event collection, destination integrations, audience activation, and marketing implementations.
• Strong experience integrating with advertising platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Extensive experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and marketing measurement frameworks.
• Experience working with Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of server-side and browser-side tracking implementations.
• Experience designing and supporting cross-channel attribution models and marketing performance measurement strategies.
• Solid understanding of digital event architecture across web, Android, iOS, and backend/server environments.
• Experience working with APIs, third-party integrations, and customer data pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
• Experience within banking, fintech, digital platforms, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer businesses.
• Exposure to identity resolution, customer journey analytics, and audience management use cases.
• Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and modern data integration practices.
• Understanding of privacy regulations, consent management, and first-party data strategies.
• Experience supporting large-scale customer acquisition and performance marketing initiatives.
• Experience working within fast-paced, cross-functional delivery environments.
• Exposure to experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
• UAE or GCC project experience is advantageous.
