Product Manager (Facilities - Oil & Gas) in Oslo

An opportunity has opened for an experienced Product Manager to join a growing Agile Asset Management team focused on building a next generation platform for the energy sector. This role sits at the centre of a major transformation programme, bringing together subsurface, drilling, facilities, economics and risk into a single decision environment.

You will play a key role in shaping how complex capital projects are planned and executed across the full asset lifecycle, working closely with engineering teams and some of the largest operators globally.

The role

As Product Manager for Facilities, you will take ownership of product development across subsea and topside domains, alongside cost and economics workflows. You will work closely with engineers, stakeholders and customers to turn vision into tangible product outcomes.

This is a highly visible role with real autonomy, combining strategic thinking with hands on delivery and close collaboration with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for subsea and topside facilities workflows
• Lead the development of cost and economics functionality within the platform
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high quality features on time
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and shape the roadmap
• Build proofs of concept and new product capabilities in collaboration with major industry partners
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in facilities, mechanical, subsea or related engineering discipline
• Deep experience within the E and P industry with strong facilities knowledge
• Proven background in product management within energy or software environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in agile environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to translate complex technical workflows into scalable product solutions
