The Why: As the Digital Product Manager for the Trust Squad, you will own a critical product domain at the heart of Ubank’s customer experience: helping customers access and manage their money safely, while protecting them from fraud and scams.
You will own the squad roadmap and backlog, working closely with engineering, design, operations, fraud, legal, risk, compliance and product teams to prioritise the right outcomes and deliver meaningful change.

The Why: As the Digital Product Manager for the Trust Squad, you will own a critical product domain at the heart of Ubank’s customer experience: helping customers access and manage their money safely, while protecting them from fraud and scams.
You will own the squad roadmap and backlog, working closely with engineering, design, operations, fraud, legal, risk, compliance and product teams to prioritise the right outcomes and deliver meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product roadmaps, prioritising features and initiatives based on business goals, customer needs and market trends.
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and opportunities
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for agile development.
- Ensure products are developed in a scalable, efficient manner, and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
- Monitor and drive key product metrics and make data-informed decisions to improve the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and timely delivery of product features.
- Present product updates, performance, and future plans to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Review all customer feedback and complaints to gather insights on user behaviour, needs, and pain points.
- Leverage user data and analytics to drive product decisions and improvements
- 3+ years of experience in product manager or product owner role
- Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Experience in mobile app and/or web-based platforms.
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or similar digital industries.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve product management quality and efficiency, with strong judgement around data sensitivity, output validation, and where human thinking is required.
- Fraud, scams or FinCrime product experience.
- Log on, authentication, authorisation, account recovery or identity management experience.
- Banking, fintech, payments or digital financial services experience.
- Security, privacy, risk or compliance-heavy product exposure.
