Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

Project Overview:

UAE-based leading expense management fintech platform serving 2,000+ businesses globally. The role focuses on product strategy, feature prioritization, and creating exceptional user experiences across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and develop user personas.
• Define information architecture for desktop and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design concepts.
• Document user journeys, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design intuitive user experiences and high-performing interfaces.
• Conduct competitor analysis and design-thinking workshops.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
• Advanced expertise in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Strong UX/UI, interaction design, and visual design skills.
• Deep understanding of design systems, Material UI, and Human Interface Guidelines.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and product strategy.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research and design capabilities.
