About the Role
Beehive is the MENA region's leading P2P SME lending platform, regulated by the DFSA and operating across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of group-wide people operations and help build a high-performing, engaged workforce across our markets.
This is a hands-on generalist role with real scope — ideal for an experienced HR professional or a strong HR Business Partner ready to step up into their first management position. You will lead a team of four HRBPs, own the operational backbone of the people function, and act as a trusted partner to leadership across the business.
What You'll Do
People Operations & Compliance
• Own end-to-end HR operations across UAE, KSA, and Oman — ensuring processes run smoothly and compliantly in each jurisdiction
• Oversee payroll accuracy and timely processing in coordination with Finance
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation to audit-ready standards
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulatory requirements (including DFSA personnel obligations)
Performance & People Cycles
• Drive the annual and quarterly performance review cycle end-to-end — from calibration to completion
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a consistent and positive experience
• Support compensation reviews, benefits administration, and bonus cycle execution
Recruitment
• Lead or support hiring across business functions, owning sourcing strategies, interview processes, and offer management
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build robust pipelines
• Maintain a strong candidate experience and employer brand in each market
Team Leadership
• Manage and develop a team of four HRBPs across UAE, KSA, and Oman
• Set clear priorities, provide ongoing coaching, and create a high-performance team culture
• Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues
Employee Engagement & Culture
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives that reinforce culture and retention
• Analyse engagement data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership
• Build visible, trusted presence with employees across all three markets
What We're Looking For
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with meaningful time in a generalist or operational HR role
• Proven track record in recruitment — you're comfortable owning a hiring process from end to end
• Prior HRBP experience is a strong advantage; you understand how to partner with business leaders, not just execute processes
• Experience managing or mentoring junior HR team members
• Solid working knowledge of UAE employment law; exposure to KSA and Oman is a plus
• Strong operational rigour — you care about the details and take pride in things running well
• Confident communicator with the presence to engage employees and challenge leaders where needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated fintech environment
Nice to Have
• Experience in financial services or a DFSA/FSRA/SAMA-regulated environment
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and payroll tools used in the GCC
• A sense of humour and a high emotional quotient
