Eden Rose is currently partnering with a growing international professional services business to appoint a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Dubai, UAE with ad hoc travel to UK.


Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a broad and commercially focused HR role supporting operations across the UAE, UK and US. The successful candidate will combine strategic business partnering with hands-on operational delivery, working closely with senior leadership to drive employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, performance and culture, while overseeing employee relations, HR operations, payroll coordination and the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders across the UAE, UK and US to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Support organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and employee development.
  • Support performance management, employee development and retention strategies.
  • Analyse people data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances and performance-related issues.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment law, HR best practice and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Review and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee documentation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, promotions, employee changes and offboarding.
  • Support payroll processes and partner with finance and external providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records and reporting data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, systems and employee experience.


Essential Experience

  • Significant experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role.
  • Strong and up-to-date UK employment law knowledge.
  • Proven experience independently managing employee relations casework.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, employee engagement and organisational culture.
  • Experience supporting businesses across multiple regions and jurisdictions.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on and operational.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience supporting payroll processes and HR administration.


Desirable Experience

  • CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working within an international or multi-site organisation.
