Human Resources Generalist

YOOCHA MATCHA™ is a matcha supplier working with 500+ cafés and specialty coffee shops across the GCC. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us build strong, long-term talent across all departments.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments
• Hire talent across all levels: intern → associate → manager
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and social media
• Screen candidates, shortlist profiles, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Share and manage candidate assessments
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
• Work closely with teams to understand real hiring needs
• Represent the company at industry and recruitment events

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• (F&B or hospitality industry experience is a strong advantage)
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed
• Strong skills in strategic sourcing and headhunting
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately
