Role overview:

Looking for BA / Scrum hybrid to support the data squad, someone who can bring structure, improve agile maturity, and step into business analysis responsibilities when needed. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping organise a less mature squad environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support agile delivery for the data squa
• Drive structure and improve team delivery disciplin
• Step in as a BA where requirements are not sufficiently detailed for developer
• Work with the Product Owner to refine requirements into development-ready input
• Bring practical agile ways of working into a lower-maturity data environmen
• Stay hands-on with day-to-day delivery rather than limiting involvement to coachin

Candidate profile

• Strong Scrum Master / delivery experienc
• Comfortable flexing between Scrum Master and Business Analyst responsibilitie
• Able to operate in teams with lower agile maturit
• Data platform exposure is ideal, but not mandator
• Strong delivery mindset; willing to get into practical execution wor
• Open to varied responsibilities beyond a narrow role definitio

Nice to have

• Experience working with data or BI environment
• Exposure to platforms or teams working with tools such as Google Looker / broader data delivery ecosystem
