E-Commerce & Merchandise Manager (Sweden) - SharkNinja
Location: Oslo, Norway (Hybrid).
Remote considered for the right candidate based in one of the Nordic countries.
SharkNinja is looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our Nordic eCommerce team. Reporting to the Nordic E-Commerce Lead, you will play a central role in driving growth across our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels in Sweden.
DTC is a key growth engine for SharkNinja. We’re looking for someone who is both commercially minded and consumer-obsessed, and who thrives at the intersection of e-commerce, merchandising, data, sales and supply chain.
The role
As eCommerce Manager you will be responsible for pricing, forecasting, optimising products, promotions, and content across our D2C platforms. You will work closely with the eCommerce Lead and cross-functional teams to maximise sales, margin and conversion, while ensuring a best-in-class consumer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own SharkNinja’s Sweden D2C ecommerce trading strategy and forecast, driving the channel to deliver its sales and margin targets.
- Lead planning and execution of new product launches, pricing strategies, promotions and digital activations.
- Own the D2C trading and promotional calendar, planning and delivering key peak moments such as Black Friday, Cyber Week and seasonal campaigns.
- Drive the merchandising strategy, including on-site product placement, navigation, search and category management, to optimise conversion and average order value.
- Manage D2C forecasting for new and existing product categories, ensuring optimal inventory levels and product availability across categories and countries.
- Support continuous optimisation of the consumer journey through data-driven testing and experimentation (e.g. A/B testing).
What you will bring
- Experience in ecommerce.
- Proven experience working with enterprise-level e-commerce platforms, including promotion planning, content management, and optimisation.
- Strong understanding of the digital shopping funnel and core e-commerce KPIs, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Strong data analytics skills with hands-on experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, supported by excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Native proficiency in Swedish, combined with strong English communication skills.
The role requires some travel.
Why SharkNinja?
At SharkNinja, you’ll be part of a high-growth, innovation-driven global company where ideas move fast and impact is real. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the Nordic D2C business, work with strong global brands, and influence how consumers experience SharkNinja online.
If you feel excited about this role but don’t meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We value potential, curiosity and drive.
