My client is seeking a Healthcare Analytics Consultant with strong healthcare provider and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience to support clinical, operational, financial, and revenue cycle analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into analytical solutions
• Develop KPIs, business definitions, and analytical datasets
• Analyze healthcare workflows, patient journeys, and RCM processes
• Perform data profiling, validation, and exploratory analysis
• Build data transformation pipelines and reporting layers
• Support executive reporting and healthcare intelligence programs

Required Skills:

• SQL, Python and/or R
• Microsoft Fabric
• Spark / PySpark
• Statistical Analysis, Data Modeling, Data Validation
• Analytical Dataset Development

Required Domain Experience:

• Healthcare Provider / Hospital Environment
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Clinical, Operational, and Financial Analytics
• Insurance Authorization and Claims Lifecycle
• ICD, CPT, and DRG Knowledge

Preferred Experience:

• Patient Analytics
• Revenue Optimization
• Utilization and Referral Analytics
• Operational & Clinical Performance Analytics

Candidates must have hands-on healthcare analytics experience and the ability to independently convert business requirements into actionable analytical solutions. Pure reporting/dashboard development profiles will not be considered.
