Data Analyst

Adecco Middle East is inviting applications for a Data Analyst, We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to transform complex data into actionable insights, helping drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Validation:

• Assist in managing the data collection process, ensuring timely receipt of high-quality data from different sector and entities.
• Validate and audit incoming data for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client standards.

Database Maintenance and Updates:

• Maintain and update special databases with validated data in accordance with client requirements.
• Support the integration and updates of data into the government data platform in coordination with the other government entities.

Reporting and Performance Monitoring:

• Prepare periodic performance reports on collected data.
• Develop action plans to address identified data discrepancies or gaps.
• Support efforts to display key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sector on client platforms.

Expected Deliverables:

• Provide operational support for the collection, auditing, analysis, and management of data across client’s different sections and businesses
• Regularly updated databases with audited and validated data.
• Comprehensive performance reports detailing key insights and actionable recommendations.
• Updated KPIs and data integration on client and government platforms.
• Ensure the continuity and quality of data processes required for decision-making and scenario development.
