Responsibilities and more:

We are hiring Senior AI Engineers for Agentic AI and Full Stack roles. We are looking for experienced engineers who can combine AI expertise, strong engineering skills, business understanding, and customer-focused thinking to build impactful AI products.

What We Are Looking For:

- Exposure to European real-estate markets, PropTech, customers, and enterprise business environments.

- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, sales intelligence, and customer acquisition.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Understanding of cost optimization, financial planning, and ROI-driven solution design.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure AI application development.

- Hands-on experience building production-grade GenAI applications.

- Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, Agentic AI, MCP, and workflow automation, plus best agentic coding practices (Claude Code, Codex).

- Full-stack development experience across modern frontend and backend technologies.

- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and software architecture.

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
