Responsibilities

  • Engage with users, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather and refine requirements
  • Design and deliver pragmatic, high-quality software solutions
  • Take ownership of end-to-end software development activities
  • Collaborate closely with client teams on project delivery
  • Challenge existing systems and processes to drive improvement
  • Stay up to date with relevant technologies and industry trends


Requirements

  • Strong programming experience, including Python (other languages such as C#, .NET, Java or Rust also beneficial)
  • Proven ability to deliver software solutions end-to-end
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for technology and working in a collaborative team environment
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of work
  • Interest in understanding business problems and applying technology to solve them


Desirable:

  • Experience within financial services (not essential)


Education:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
