Back End Developer

Backend C# .Net Developer – £45k-£55k, Manchester City Centre (2 days in office)

• Gain experience with microservices in a high-volume, low-latency environment.
• Only 2 stage interview process, no tech test or exercise

• £45k-£55k + 10% bonus, pension, 25 days leave, etc.

Projects will be a mix of new feature development and complete component rewrites in support of the organisations move from monolithic to microservices, and because everything is containerized and there being no fixed mandate on how to do things, there is real scope to be innovative. Such decisions are made collectively at team level so can actually see your ideas and suggestions be put into practice.

Duties:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining new software applications
• Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Investigating, debugging and resolving software issues
• Participating in peer code reviews and estimations of work.

Requirements:

• 3+ years expertise in C# .Net
• Experience with SQL Server (MongoDB beneficial)
• Expertise in performance optimisation
• Degree in IT or 5 years in lieu of.
