Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, execution, and delivery of complex IT products from strategy through launch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions aligned with business goals. This role requires strong experience translating business and customer needs into product requirements, epics, and user stories, managing product backlogs, and driving decision-making throughout the product lifecycle. It will be required to work closely with engineering teams, participate in technical discussions, leverage Agile methodologies, and ensure seamless integration across modern and legacy technology environments, including experience with Azure DevOps. Strong leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
 
Must Have:

• Extensive experience developing and owning product vision, strategy and roadmap for complex IT systems.
• Experience leading dynamic, cross-functional teams in achieving common objectives through continuous design and delivery of user-centric products.
• Demonstrated strong decision making and prioritization skills.
• Proven success in managing all aspects of product development lifecycle from its inception to launch.
• Extensive experience translating product vision into epics and user stories and managing the product backlog.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams, diving into technical details and leading technical discussions.
• Extensive experience with modern technology stack and integration with legacy systems.
• Experience with DevOps Azure.

• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
• Defining the product vision.
• Ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience.
• Identify and fill product gaps.
• Generate new ideas that grow market share.
• Improve customer experience.
• Drive growth.
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
