We are looking for a passionate and experienced Gameplay Programmer to help shape engaging systems for an ambitious multiplayer open‑world project. In this role, you will work at the heart of gameplay development, collaborating closely with designers and cross‑functional teams. You’ll contribute to building flexible, data‑driven systems that empower creativity and iteration. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on core game features from concept to release. In this role you will :

  • Design and implement flexible gameplay systems for an open world multiplayer game.
  • Work closely with game designers to prototype and iterate over various game mechanics.
  • Build data driven systems that are easily configurable and testable by game designers and modders.
  • Test, debug, and optimize code to ensure high quality standards.
  • Maintain code quality through mentoring, collaboration, and code review process.
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional team to design and implement core game features.
  • Test new features rigorously and offer suggestions for improvements and refinements.

What we're looking for :

  • 6+ years of game development experience.
  • 4+ years of game development experience focused on gameplay.
  • 4+ years of game development using Unity3D
  • Proficiency in design pattern and OOP using C# language,
  • Expertise in one or more gameplay mechanics: 3C, AI, open world mechanics.
  • Shipped at least one game on PC and/or consoles using Unity, Unreal Engine or other proprietary game engine
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
