Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced BSA Lead / Scrum Master to drive business analysis and Agile delivery for an OnBase migration initiative. This role will bridge business and technical teams, lead requirements and solutioning efforts, and ensure successful migration of enterprise content to the OnBase platform. The candidate will provide leadership in Agile practices while ensuring alignment with business goals and minimal operational disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities including requirement elicitation, documentation, and validation

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions

• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria

• Drive Agile delivery as Scrum Master (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)

• Manage product backlog, prioritization, and sprint execution in alignment with business objectives

• Lead OnBase migration efforts, including content analysis, data mapping, and workflow design

• Conduct gap analysis between legacy systems and proposed OnBase solutions

• Collaborate with technical teams on system integration and API requirements

• Coordinate data migration activities including validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning

• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management

• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and records management standards

• Provide regular status reporting and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• Good years of experience in business systems analysis and Agile project delivery

• Proven experience as a BSA Lead or Scrum Master in enterprise projects

• Hands-on experience with OnBase (Hyland) or ECM/document management systems

• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation

• Experience in data migration and system transformation initiatives

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)

• Knowledge of API integrations, workflows, and system interfaces

• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills

Nice-to-Have

• OnBase certifications or prior migration project experience

• Experience in financial services, insurance, or regulated industries

• Familiarity with OCR/capture solutions and document ingestion tools

• Knowledge of compliance, records management, and data governance practices

• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM)

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
