Reliance Impact is partnering with a renowned General Contractor doing Commercial interior fit outs and Renovation Projects across Toronto to hire an experienced Project Manager.

This is an opportunity to lead meaningful construction projects while overseeing schedule, cost, quality, safety, stakeholder coordination, and overall project performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit Outs ( Required)
• Strong knowledge of prime contracts, subcontracts, cost control, scheduling, and reporting.
• Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
