The Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who owns features end to end, from the dashboard a customer sees to the agent infrastructure running behind it. You'll work directly with the founding team on the core product.

This is a builder's role. You'll use Claude Code, Cursor, and modern AI tooling as a daily part of how you work, and you'll be expected to move from idea to shipped feature in days, not sprints.

What will you do?

• Build and ship full-stack features across the Okara dashboard and backend, owning them from design through deployment.
• Work on the agent orchestration layer that coordinates specialized marketing agents across channels.
• Develop integrations with external platforms and APIs: analytics, search consoles, crawling and indexing services, ads platforms.
• Contribute to the data layer that connects signals across websites and makes every agent run smarter than the last.
• Improve reliability, performance, and quality as usage scales across thousands of websites and product verticals.
• Move quickly and pragmatically: prototype, measure, iterate, and cut scope when it helps us ship.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency across a modern web stack (frontend framework, backend services, and a database, e.g. React/Next.js, Postgres or similar).
• Comfortable and fast with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and Cursor. You treat them as core to your workflow, not a novelty.
• A track record of shipping products from zero to one and owning them in production.
• Comfort working with external APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Self-directed and high-ownership: you can take an ambiguous problem and ship a working solution without heavy hand-holding.
• Bias toward speed and iteration without sacrificing judgment about quality.

Nice to have

• Experience building with LLMs, agents, or agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience at an early-stage startup or as a solo builder / indie hacker.
