Job Description
- Support daily FX dealing and trading operations across major currency pairs.
- Monitor FX market movements, news flows, and economic developments affecting currency markets.
- Assist senior dealers in pricing, trade execution, and trade monitoring activities.
- Support electronic trading platform operations and ensure smooth execution workflows.
- Help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and technology solutions.
- Assist in developing simple scripts and tools for reporting, monitoring, and process enhancements.
- Perform daily reconciliation, reporting, and administrative tasks related to FX trading activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with Operations, Risk, IT, and other internal stakeholders when required.
- -Technology-savvy-with-a-strong-interest-in-automation-and-electronic-trading-systems.-
- -Preferably-possesses-basic-Python-programming-knowledge.-
- -Strong-analytical-and-problem-solving-skills.-
- -Good-numerical-ability-and-attention-to-detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines preferred.
- Basic understanding of FX markets and foreign exchange products.
- Technology-savvy with a strong interest in automation and electronic trading systems.
- Preferably possesses basic Python programming knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Bloomberg knowledge would be an advantage.
- Exposure to electronic trading platforms or financial market systems.
- Familiarity with data analysis, APIs, or scripting tools would be advantageous. Only shortlisted candidate(s) will be notified.
