Compliance Associate (AML & KYT)

The Role

You've got a sharp eye for risk and want to apply it where the action is. As Compliance Analyst at Antalpha, you'll support AML investigations, conduct KYT reviews, and help strengthen the compliance infrastructure behind one of Asia's fastest-growing institutional digital asset platforms.

This is a hands-on role with real exposure.

What You'll Do

• Conduct KYT reviews and on-chain transaction monitoring for institutional clients — flag, investigate, escalate
• Support KYC/CDD/EDD reviews for onboarding and periodic due diligence
• Assist with AML investigations, STR preparation, and case documentation
• Help maintain and improve compliance procedures, checklists, and internal playbooks
• Contribute to internal AML training materials and awareness initiatives
• Support regulatory reporting, submissions, and compliance operations

What You Bring

Must-Have

• 1–4 years in AML compliance, financial crime investigations, or a related compliance function
• Hands-on experience with KYT tools — Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM Labs, or similar blockchain analytics platforms
• Solid understanding of MAS AML/CFT requirements and KYC standards
• Structured thinker — comfortable working through ambiguous cases and documenting reasoning clearly
• Collaborative and communicative — you flag issues early, not late

Nice-to-Have

• Prior exposure to crypto exchanges, DPT service providers, or digital asset businesses
• Experience with AML case management systems or compliance workflow tools
• CAMS certification or equivalent AML qualification in progress or completed
