Position

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Excellence Centre (DEC) department of Crédit Agricole CIB. The department handles the development of transversal and international projects.

The person we are looking for would work primarily on Python technology with AI Factory team – who is building NLP based algorithms to derive information from unstructured text, text documents, scanned documents, web-sites, etc.

You contribute to the development of transversal projects, improvement of capabilities of the team and promote AI based application development.

Main responsibilities

• Research, Design, and Develop software.
• Analysis user needs and Develop Software Solutions
• Update software, enhances existing software capabilities and Develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.
• Work with other engineers to integrate hardware and/or software systems
• Develop specifications and performance requirements
• Developing & maintaining API interactions with the ML models
• Building & maintain data processing pipelines
• Working closely with internal stakeholders / cross functional teams
• Other relevant duties as assigned

The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining close communication with rest of stake-holders.

Qualifications and Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in any of these faculties: Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, Science (Computer Studies)
• 5+ years of total software development experience with detailed understanding of user interface frameworks, back-end software architecture interactions and design capabilities
• Strong development experience in developing RESTful Web Services using Node.js or Python
• 5+ years of experience in developing software using following technologies:

- Python coding and data pipeline building

- NoSQL database preferably MongoDB

- Restful Web API development with any API manager like WSO2

• Strong knowledge & experience with code versioning using Git.
• Experience deploying and debugging Node.js or Python application
• Experience writing and running automated tests including, but not limited to, integration and unit

Nice to have

• Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools
• Experience with Redis and Redis graph
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Message Brokers and JMS
• Experience with Node JS, C# or Java development & debugging.
• Experience with Elastic search (ELK stack)
• Experience with Testing Tools including Mocha, Chai, Sinon, Supertest, Enzyme, Selenium, Load Runner, JSLint and Cucumber
• Operating System and Infrastructure experience with Linux & Windows servers
• React or Angular
