Your Role as a Zenika Consultant:

As a consultant, you’ll be deployed to client projects, where your expertise will help play a pivotal role in supporting data management operations. You’ll work alongside client teams to:

• Manage data quality and reconciliation, including implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Handle data issue management, ensuring smooth operations and swift resolutions.
• Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries for data management tasks.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure reliability and performance of solutions.
• Managing SLAs and end-user queries, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Provide documentation support for technical and functional specifications.
• Leverage your investment data domain knowledge to enhance operational efficiency.
• Apply strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills to tackle complex challenges.
