Role: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Raleigh, NC


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions.
  • Build and optimize predictive models, NLP applications, and data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
  • Monitor, maintain, and improve production ML systems.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and data engineering best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG systems, or AI agents.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and modern AI application architectures.
