Position: UAT Specialist – Trade Finance and Banking

Location: Doha, Qatar

Experience Required: 5+ years

Language Requirement: Arabic proficiency

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled UAT Specialist with strong business and functional expertise in Trade Finance and Corporate Banking. The role focuses on validating end-to-end business workflows, ensuring system readiness, and performing bilingual testing for Corporate Internet Banking portals (Arabic & English).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Trade Finance applications.
• Validate end-to-end business workflows in Corporate Banking systems.
• Conduct Arabic and English interface testing for Corporate Internet Banking platforms.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Prepare UAT test scenarios, detailed test cases, and execution reports.
• Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support business users during UAT cycles and facilitate sign-off processes.
• Ensure system functionality aligns with business processes and regulatory standards.

Domain Expertise Preferred:

• Trade Finance: Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Payments, etc.
• Corporate Banking systems and processes.
• Corporate Internet Banking platforms.
• Arabic localization and bilingual testing capabilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant UAT experience.
• Strong knowledge of Trade Finance operations.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
