*Senior HR Generalist / Executive- Construction Industry*

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔️ Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on Performance Management
✔️ Proven experience in managing end-to-end performance cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, calibration, and PIPs
✔️ Hands-on experience with Performance Management Systems (PMS tools)
✔️ Strong knowledge of KPIs, OKRs, competency frameworks, and performance analytics
✔️ Ability to generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS (advanced Excel skills required)
✔️ Experience in HR generalist functions including employee lifecycle management, C&B, and HR operations
✔️ Strong business partnering, communication, and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Experience in GCC/Qatar market preferred
