Project Manager

We are are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a large‑scale, technically complex project. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a high‑visibility project, working in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Technical and operational responsibility for all awarded work orders.
• Full financial and technical accountability for all assigned work orders.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate the team of Works Managers assigned to each work order.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, Welfare, and Quality policies and procedures.
• Monitor and control the technical and financial progress of all work orders.
• Propose and plan the resources required for the execution of the work orders.
• Participate in and support the tendering and bidding process.
• Act as the main point of contact with the client for daily follow‑up of site activities and execution progress.
• Ensure permit processing and compliance with approved timelines.
• Guide and support Works Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of project works.
• Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support Works Managers in design coordination with consultants and clients.
• Assist Works Managers in the preparation of project documentation and deliverables (permits, inspection requests, BOQ, ITP, method statements, as‑built drawings).
• Lead technical and commercial discussions with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Monitor project KPIs to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Requirements:

Education: BSc in Engineering – preferably Civil PMP preferable.

Required Experience: Minimum of 8 years

Important Experience and specific knowledge: Experience in Projects with minimum value of 150 M QAR as Project Manager. Quality Control, Quality Assurance and local legal Specification.

Languages:

• English - professional fluency
