IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst ⚡️

🎯 Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in international projects

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and clarification

• Hands-on experience with user stories, feature documentation, and backlog management

• Ability to structure business needs into clear specifications and actionable tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian

• Experience collaborating with developers, designers, stakeholders, and clients

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modern AI tools

• Experience managing scope, prioritizing requirements, and resolving requirement-related issues

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes

• Ownership mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
