Job Description

As an AI Engineer, you will lead the development and optimization of algorithms for analyzing sales interviews. You will be responsible for building and improving features that identify key conversational elements, such as budget discussions and agreements, while also enabling secondary uses like skill assessments and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Enhancing the accuracy and usability of existing algorithms.
• Conducting R&D to refine the extraction of critical business discussion components.
• Optimizing semi-customizable models for diverse clients.
• Designing annotation data and operational frameworks.
• Leading R&D projects, including thematic planning and execution.
• Evaluating emerging technologies like LLM (Large Language Models).
• Innovating new features, such as automated reporting summaries.
• Collaborating with clients on joint research projects focused on in-depth analysis and automation.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 2+ years of experience in NLP-related research or development.
• Proficiency in Python for research and implementation.
• Experience in deploying functional, operational AI solutions.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and operating APIs incorporating algorithms.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate algorithms effectively.

Nice-to-Have

• Publications in peer-reviewed ML/NLP conferences or journals.
• Practical experience in NLP and related fields.
• Leadership experience in managing R&D or development projects.
• Background as a software engineer.
• Recognition in analytics competitions like Kaggle.
• Expertise in data management and governance.
