In Japan, their is looking for strong Technical Support professionals to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and support. They are open to both experienced Technical Support professionals, or System / Software Engineers for this role.

As a core and critical member of the team you will work closely with Enterprise customers and engineers (both internally and externally) to resolve complex issues. The Technical Support team is not there to just solve issues, but to provide consulting and an excellent level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Working with enterprise customers to resolve outstanding issues or challenges through consulting and troubleshooting of products
- Work with product team and engineers to build processes and scale support systems.
What do you need?
- Fluent Japanese (JLPTN1 Minimum) and Business English
- 5+ years experience in Technical Support, Technical Account Management, Customer Success Engineering, System Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar highly technical roles.
- Customer facing experience is a large plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, or solve technical issues
- Additional experience in the following is well received:
- Scripting in: SQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Familiarity with APIs, Application, Cloud, or Data Management solutions
